The views of the ocean from the back decks are fantastic looking over the vacant lot behind the house.

The first floor has four of the six bedrooms, each of which being spacious and impeccably decorated. All four bedrooms have their own private bathrooms and three of the four have king beds with the fourth having (two) queens. The tile work in each of the bathrooms must be seen to appreciate and the builder's overall craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout the first floor is unmatched on the island.

The second floor includes the wide-open living area which transitions tastefully into the spacious dining room and fully-loaded kitchen. The views of the Atlantic from this floor are breathtaking as the entire back of the house has windows and glass doors. This floor also has a bedroom and attached full bathroom as well as a half-bathroom across the hallway. And as if all of this wasn't enough, there is also a spiral staircase that goes from the second floor back porch up to a beautiful terrace where you can relax, hang out and enjoy a plethora of views or just soak in the sights, sounds and smells of the beach and ocean.
